Veterans & First Responders
You Kept Everyone Else Safe.
Now Let Someone Do the Same for You.
Virtual therapy for veterans, active duty, first responders, and military families — by someone who has been there. Available anywhere in Arizona.
This Is Not a Civilian Therapist Guessing at Your Experience.
I served 8.5 years in the Army Infantry. I know what formation looks like at 0500. I know what it means to come home and feel like a stranger in your own life. I know why you do not talk about it.
I built this practice because veterans and first responders deserve a therapist with real context — not just clinical training. And I built it as a virtual practice because I know that getting in the car and sitting in a waiting room is sometimes the thing that stops you from going at all.
