In accordance with the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners (A.A.C. R4-6-211 and R4-6-1101 et seq.), Uko Okon is a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) practicing independently in a supervised private practice setting. Clinical services are provided under the direct supervision of a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) approved by the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners. Clients have the right to contact the clinical supervisor with any questions or concerns regarding the care provided.
